// COMMUNITY
Make it better with us.
DMZ is a free community project by Kastro, alongside Dmark and Kastro Lookup. Useful feedback and clear explanations matter more than a sales funnel.
Ways to help
Tell us whether installation is understandable, warnings are useful and masking helps your workflow. Translation corrections and browser compatibility reports are welcome. Participation never requires a purchase.
Report a reproducible problem
Use Kastro’s contact page or send feedback to the maintainer who supplied your preview. Include only fabricated examples.
- Browser and operating system version; DMZ version/build; basic or trained scanner.
- ChatGPT or Claude; send button or keyboard; precise reproduction steps.
- Expected and actual masking, whether submission continued, warnings shown and whether reply restoration worked.
- Do not send real prompts, personal identifiers, credentials, customer logs or confidential screenshots. For fabricated kennitölur, use century digit 8.
Security reports
Send suspected vulnerabilities privately to andri@kastro.is, the established Kastro contact. Do not post sensitive details or real data publicly. Include a minimal fabricated reproduction; no response-time guarantee is offered.
Free access and contributions
Free does not yet mean open source. Code and research remain private while contribution scope and licensing are decided. The downloadable extension includes its local model for testing; source-code publication and standalone dataset/model redistribution remain separate decisions. Reviewed summary measurements and limitations remain public.
Support and sustainability
This is a maintainer-led community project with no guaranteed response time or service-level agreement. Kastro may offer separately quoted setup or training help. That assistance is optional and does not unlock a stronger DMZ tier. Donations, sponsorship and hosted features are not required for use.
